Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation or booking. To ensure a fair and efficient process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation or booking. - Unless you are attending a workshop. Workshops are non-refundable. 2. Failure to cancel within the designated 24-hour timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that the deposit amount will not be refunded or credited towards future bookings.
