Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation or booking. - Unless you are attending a workshop. Workshops are non-refundable. 2. Failure to cancel within the designated 24-hour timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that the deposit amount will not be refunded or credited towards future bookings. We strongly recommend that you review your plans carefully and notify us promptly if any changes or cancellations are necessary. Workshops are non-refundable.
